How much is this going to cost you?

Our approach is very simple. We have one all-inclusive fee to make things easy and fair.

For the average residential rental property, in this market, our service is going to cost you around the same amount as one cup of coffee a day.

What does our service include?

We offer our clients a comprehensive, end-to-end service that ensures a smooth and professional experience, for both owners and tenants, right from initial consultation to the vacate date. We provide proactive monitoring, maintenance and management throughout the tenancy term.


You will have a dedicated property manager working with you to gain an understanding of your property and goals as an investor, which will help us to find you a suitable tenant for your property.

Marketing your property

Your property will be photographed and a marketing campaign will be launched to promote the availability of your property.  We ensure your property features on all of the popular property websites, including Realestate.co.nz

Tenant Selection

Westermans has extensive tenant vetting procedures in place and believe that selecting the best tenant from the start is crucial. We don't work on a first-in-first-served basis, we make sure we get the right tenant for you.

Tenant Induction

Once a tenant is accepted, they sign our tenancy agreement and their bond is lodged. We take care of a number of processes during this stage, including an entry condition report and set-up of automatic rent payments.

On-going management

As your property manager, we ensure on-going, clear communication, routine property inspections, maintenance and repairs, rental payments and financial reporting, and more.

Specialist Skills

We are licensed under the REAA and all of our property managers have achieved formal qualifications. As experts in our field, we keep up to date with the latest legislation, rules, and obligations of landlords and tenants, so you don't have to.
