Westerman Property Management Promotion – “Win Free Property Management”
Eligibility
a. Entry is open to new residential property management clients who engage Westerman Property Solutions Limited between 1 June and 31 August 2025.
b. Entrants must be the legal owner of the property being managed.
c. Property must be located within the Taupō.
Entry Requirements
a. To be eligible, participants must authorise Westerman to manage at least one rental property under the signed agreement.
b. One entry is permitted per qualifying property under management.
c. The property must remain under management at the time of prize draw.
Prize Details
a. Three winners will be randomly drawn on Monday, 1 September 2025 at 12:00pm.
b. Winners will receive the following prizes applied as a credit to their Westerman Property Management account:
• 1st Prize: 6 months free property management
• 2nd Prize: 3 months free property management
• 3rd Prize: 1 month free property management
c. Total prize pool value is approximately NZD $5,000.
General Terms
a. Winners will be notified by phone and email on or after 1 September 2025.
b. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
c. The promotional period ends at 5:00pm on 31 August 2025.
d. Westerman reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these terms.
e. By entering, participants agree to receive email updates from Westerman Property Solutions Limited.
f. Westerman may use winner names and non-identifying property information for promotional purposes.

Risk-Free Trial – Terms and Conditions
Westerman Property Management offers a 3-month satisfaction guarantee for all new residential management agreements. If you’re not satisfied with our service within the first three months of a new signed management agreement, you can cancel and receive a refund of your management fees—no questions asked.
1. Eligibilitya. The offer applies to all properties under management for that new client.b. Properties must be located within the Taupō.c. This offer is not available to existing or returning clients.d. This offer if only available to residential properties.
2. Satisfaction and Cancellationa. Clients may cancel the management agreement at any time during the first three months by providing written notice.b. Westerman Property Solutions Limited will consider this notice as a request to activate the satisfaction guarantee.
3. Refund Conditionsa. If the eligibility and cancellation conditions are met, Westerman will refund all management fees charged during the initial 3-month period for all properties under management.b. The refund does not apply to disbursements, advertising costs, or third-party contractor fees incurred on the client’s behalf.c. The management agreement(s) will be terminated upon processing the refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Generala. This satisfaction guarantee is an ongoing offer from Westerman Property Solutions Limited.b. Westerman reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
