Health & Safety

Key aspects of risk are captured within the formal 6 monthly inspection. Our contractor on-boarding process is ongoing to ensure all works undertaken on site do not commence until the appropriate risk management pre-approval process has been carried out.

Building Maintenance

Each operational request is facilitated and tracked within our information management system.

Compliance

We ensure all aspects of compliance are met including the annual Building Warrant of Fitness and emergency evacuation procedures.

Service Contract Management

Our Property Managers will initially undertake a review of the incumbent service providers, terms of engagement and current documentation

We will establish a base position to environmental responsibility by first reviewing the current approach to collecting and reporting utility data (electricity, water, waste).
