Ben, leading our commercial management team, boasts over 20 years of experience in the property industry. His expertise spans various property types, from large supermarkets and retail centers to small industrial sheds. Ben excels in understanding diverse leasing structures, ensuring optimal returns for property investments. He prioritizes building lasting relationships with tenants, owners, and suppliers. Rachel Robinson

Rachel joined the Westerman’s in early 2023 with a focus on business growth and serving as the primary point of contact for new property owners interested in Westerman’s. In her role, she also oversees the management team and continually seeks opportunities to showcase the team’s capabilities.
With a highly successful background in real estate sales and a close-knit memebr of the Westerman whānau Rachel brings a deep understanding of property management principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Lorraine is a dynamic force in the property management industry, having joined Westerman’s in 2013 as a property manager in our Turangi office. Since then, she has risen to manage on of the largest portfolio in the Taupo office, a testament to her skill and dedication. Her exceptional performance has been recognized with the prestigious Property Manager of the Year award in both 2018 and 2021.
