Ben, leading our commercial management team, boasts over 20 years of experience in the property industry. His expertise spans various property types, from large supermarkets and retail centers to small industrial sheds. Rachel joined the Westerman’s in early 2023 with a focus on business growth and serving as the primary point of contact for new property owners interested in Westerman’s. In her role, she also oversees the management team and continually seeks opportunities to showcase the team’s capabilities.
With a highly successful background in real estate sales and a close-knit memebr of the Westerman whānau Rachel brings a deep understanding of property management principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Ree is a vibrant addition to our team, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in property management. Hailing from Auckland, she has recently moved with her family to join us.
Ree is not just known for her expertise, but also for her easy-going and awesome personality, which brings a positive energy to the team.
Lorraine is a dynamic force in the property management industry, having joined Westerman’s in 2013 as a property manager in our Turangi office. Since then, she has risen to manage on of the largest portfolio in the Taupo office, a testament to her skill and dedication. Her exceptional performance has been recognized with the prestigious Property Manager of the Year award in both 2018 and 2021.
Nakita is a seasoned professional in property management, bringing over a decade of expertise to her role. She joined the company in 2019 after a successful stint at another prominent Taupo property management firm. Nakita is known for her trustworthiness and manages a significant residential portfolio from the Taupo office. Her depth of experience and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to the team.
Toni Durham is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the Property Management Industry. Known for her exceptional organisational skills and extensive knowledge, Toni brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her warm, approachable demeanour is reflected in her bubbly smile and clear, calm communication style, making her a trusted and valued member of the team.

Megan has been a part of the company for eight years and is an integral part of the team. She manages the accounts, processing and reporting for our large commercial trust account.
Tabitha rejoined the company in 2023 having spent a few years away with her growing family. She has been across many roles in her previous time in Property Management and now runs our residential trust accounts.
