Ben, leading our commercial management team, boasts over 20 years of experience in the property industry. His expertise spans various property types, from large supermarkets and retail centers to small industrial sheds. Ben excels in understanding diverse leasing structures, ensuring optimal returns for property investments. He prioritizes building lasting relationships with tenants, owners, and suppliers. With a fresh approach to property strategy, Ben aims to deliver tangible value gains and improved rental income for all our clients.
Rachel Robinson

Rachel joined the Westerman’s in early 2023 with a focus on business growth and serving as the primary point of contact for new property owners interested in Westerman’s. In her role, she also oversees the management team and continually seeks opportunities to showcase the team’s capabilities.
With a highly successful background in real estate sales and a close-knit member of the Westerman whānau Rachel brings a deep understanding of property management principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Lorraine is a dynamic force in the property management industry, having joined Westerman’s in 2013 as a property manager in our Turangi office. Since then, she has risen to manage on of the largest portfolio in the Taupo office, a testament to her skill and dedication. Her exceptional performance has been recognised with the prestigious Property Manager of the Year award in both 2018 and 2021.

Megan rejoined us as a property manager after taking time to study Law in Auckland. While continuing her studies, she skillfully balances her property management duties with a commitment to outstanding communication between owners and tenants. Since starting with Westerman’s in 2020, Megan has developed an excellent understanding of property management and excels in tenant relations and owner communication. Her dedication was recognised in 2023 when she was awarded Property Manager of the Year.
